I have the feeling Ross used a lot of his marketing talk in his speech, including the slides.
Don't get me wrong, he is talking straight talk and is definitely a believer of SocialText (which I found rather slow on Loic's public version).

Wondering if they also are contributing their innovation back to the Twiki community or just build upon it.
